Hi, My name is Stella Chan, co-founder of 32mcus.com, also a mom of 3 kids.
In 2006, when I stepped into the electronic components field, the market was flooded with refurbished and counterfeit parts. One day a client called me and sadly said that he had lost contact with his new supplier after receiving some fake components. I checked on that supplier for him and found the office empty.
I decided to make some changes and set up our own company in China, selling only 100% ORIGINAL & NEW semiconductors. In the beginning, we sometimes lost orders as a few clients did care more about the low prices than the quality.
I love making money, but always remember that there is no way I would lower our quality standards at any time. I never waste my time selling any dubious semiconductors. I prefer to hustle more to make my 3 kids proud of me.
We continued to move on. It turns out that we were correct. Over the past 15+ years, we have achieved a ZERO claim rate! It’s easy to find an MCU stock, but not easy to find a trustable supplier.
A lot has changed every day, but our core value hasn’t. We prefer to pay more attention to every penny spent by clients is worth it, rather than a large office with luxurious decoration and bloated teams.
